Leadership change at Logset
Ron Back steps aside as CEO. Pascal Réty takes lead as acting CEO for now on.
Koivulahti, Finland – March 26, 2026
Logset’s CEO, Ron Back, has stepped down from his position and will continue to support the company in an advisory role.
Pascal Rety, will take the role of Acting CEO and the leadership responsibilities of the company during this transition period.
This organizational change has been made in close cooperation with the Board of Directors. Chairman of the Board, Tapio Nikkanen, comments:
“The leadership change is a natural step in the company’s journey. The Board extends its sincere gratitude to Ron Back for his dedicated service over the years. Our organization is built on strong expertise and commitment, and I am confident that, under Pascal’s leadership, Logset will continue to grow and succeed.”
Ron Back steps aside from CEO position. Pascal Réty continues as acting CEO.
Pascal Rety also comments:
“In recent years, Logset has made significant progress in several key areas, including product development, the implementation of a new ERP system, and maintaining a stable order book despite challenging market conditions. In addition, our factory renovation project is well underway. These achievements reflect the strength of our organization. We have a solid foundation in place and will continue to build on it with a clear and focused approach.”
