The Logset 8H GT is an agile and powerful harvester that easily turns. It is slightly shorter and lighter than the eight-wheeled harvester model Logset 8H GTE. The Logset 8H GT is suitable for thinning operations but performs even better on medium and large clearfells.

Components in balance

The 7.4-liter engine with 214 kW (291 hp), the hydraulics, and the machine’s mechanical parts are all perfectly dimensioned for this six-wheeled harvester. The harvester is equipped with a reliable Mesera 241 H crane. The outreach of the crane is up to 11,1 meters. The Logset 8H GT is multifunctional and performs well in forests with small, medium, and large-diameter trees.

HIGH POWER, LOW CONSUMPTION

With the six-cylinder AGCO diesel engine, the Logset 8H GT is guarenteed to be the most economic choice compared to other harvesters in its size class. Due to the successful combination of engine size, hydraulics and the new Logset TOC-MD 2, the engine is not strained and the operator will notice this clearly in the low fuel consumption.

Your machine is as good as it feels. Our cabin has a good reputation with great visibility, lots of space, and low noise levels. Controls can be configured to suit every driver’s needs. TOC-MD 2 keeps you on track with all the necessary information. Good balance, great flotation, and enough power for multiple simultaneous tasks.  All simple, basic things for the pilot to succeed all day long. And we know, the day can be really long!
